Garner by IHG – Lincoln, Rotherham & Chesterfield North
SP Mid Ltd
In just 17 weeks, we successfully completed works across three hotels, transforming the former ibis hotels, now proudly operating as part of Garner Hotels, under IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Scope of works completed:
✔️ 258 bedroom refurbishments
✔️ 258 bathroom soft refurbishments
✔️ Conversion of 9 meeting rooms into 15 new bedrooms with bathrooms
✔️ 12 corridor refurbishments
✔️ 6 stairwells
✔️ 3 reception and bar areas
Delivering this scale of refurbishment across three live sites within such a tight programme is a huge achievement, and a testament to the coordination, workmanship, and commitment of everyone involved.
All three hotels are now fully operational and open to the public — a fantastic result for all parties.

VOCO Reading
SP Mid Ltd
We are pleased to share the completed renovation to all public toilets at VOCO Reading.
Works included re-tiling to all walls and floors, new vanity area. This was successfully completed in a tight two week program. Working alongside JT Interiors Ltd.

Hunton Park Hotel
SP Mid Ltd
A full refurbishment to the hotel’s Forest Suite lodge.
Works included a full refurbishment to the bedroom, lounge area, dressing room and bathroom. Consisting of plumbing, tiling, electrics, decoration and site management. Working alongside JT Interiors Ltd.

Park Hall Hotel & Spa, Wolverhampton

We’re pleased to share the recently completed full bedroom refurbishment at Park Hall Hotel & Spa in Wolverhampton.
Completed by us; Site Management, full decoration and plastering, and furniture fitting. Working in collaboration with Webro Carpets & Flooring, CM Electrical Midlands Ltd for a full re-wire, and JT Interiors Ltd.

East Sussex National Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa
SP Mid ltd
We were part of the full bedroom and golf club refurbishment.
Completed by us; Site Management, full decoration and furniture fitting. Working in collaboration with Webro Carpets & Flooring and JT Interiors Ltd.
